Louis A. Guzzetti, Jr.


Louis A. Guzzetti, Jr. has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its formation on March 28, 2002. Combining legal, corporate development, and business management expertise, Mr. Guzzetti has been a driving force behind a number of growth-through-acquisition strategies and the reengineering and/or consolidation of business. His experience includes over 25 years with three public companies as CEO or a senior executive: EnviroSource, Inc.; United Brands (now Chiquita Brands); and, General Host Corporation.

Stuart A. Postle, President and Chief Operating Officer, has overall responsibility for the Company's manufacturing, engineering, distribution, and materials management functions. He began his career with Kimberly-Clark Corporation in 1979, where he progressed through a variety of positions in the production planning, purchasing, and distribution functions of its consumer products tissue and envelope converting operations. In 1990, he joined Kimberly-Clark's Brown-Bridge Division, where he gained a broad-based knowledge of the pressure sensitive business, working in distribution, systems, and operations management.

Perry J. Schiller


Perry J. Schiller, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Spinnaker Coating in April 2000. Mr. Schiller is responsible for the financial affairs of the Company, including accounting, taxes, financial reporting, financial analysis, and cash management. The Information Services function also reports to him. Prior to joining Spinnaker, Mr. Schiller spent 13 years with Deloitte & Touche, and subsequently was a senior financial executive with a retailing company and a leasing company.

Vice President, Merchant Business

Lisa Baker


Lisa Baker, Vice President, Merchant Business, is responsible for managing the Company's Merchant Sheet business. Lisa is a long-time Spinnaker employee, serving over the years as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, Product Manager, and Account Manager for the Company's large U.S. postage stamp business. In 2005, she joined the Merchant team, where she served as Pricing Analyst, Product Manager, and Director of Marketing, before being promoted to her current leadership role in March, 2017.

Vice President, Roll Marketing and Sales

Mike Marasch


Mike Marasch, Vice President, Roll Marketing and Sales, is responsible for managing the Company’s Roll business. Mike began his career working in sales and marketing positions for several companies in the chemicals and plastics industries. Most recently, he spent more than four years with the MACtac division of Bemis Company, serving as Sr. Director of Marketing of their Roll PS label business and Technical Tapes where he led efforts to grow the sales and profitability of the unit’s adhesive products.

Braden L. Glett


Braden L. Glett, Vice President, Strategic Improvement, joined Spinnaker Coating in June 2003. He began his career in the pressure sensitive industry in 1982, when he joined the Fasson Division of Avery Dennison Corporation. After spending several years in the financial area, which included responsibility for managing the strategic planning and financial analysis functions, Mr. Glett moved into marketing, where he ultimately became Business Segment Leader, Prime Label Products. In 1998, he was recruited to the position of Vice President of Business Development for Troy Laminating, in Troy, OH.

Jeff Dagley


Jeff Dagley, Vice President, Human Resources, is responsible for handling all HR-related functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, and safety. Starting with Spinnaker in 2000 as a Shift Manager in the production area, Jeff moved into Human Resources in 2003 as Employee Relations Specialist. Since that time, he has worked in both production management and HR positions.

Charley Pollock

Vice President, Technology

Charley Pollock


Charley Pollock, Vice President, Technology, joined Spinnaker in March 2017. He is responsible for the Company’s R&D, regulatory, lab, and technical consulting functions. Charley has a PhD in Organic Chemistry, and over 20 years of technical experience in specialty chemicals and performance materials, with a focus on all aspects of product development and manufacturing support. He has held leadership positions at several companies, including Avery Dennison’s Adhesives unit.
